Overlooking the Cretan sea, this family oriented aparthotel is located across the street from the sandy beach of Rethymno, 1,5 km from the town centre and 800 meters from the old town.

Lefkoniko Beach studios and standard rooms are air-conditioned, with free wi-fi, satellite TV and private bathroom with hair-dryer. The studios are equipped with a kitchenette and a small dining area. All units have a furnished balcony, with view to the Cretan sea or the pool.

There is an outdoor area with pool with waterfall (separate area for children), sunbeds and umbrellas and an outdoor bar serving coffees, refreshments and snacks.

I have been to the Lefkoniko many times over the years, and still I keep going back. There is a great atmosphere generated by the staff and the management. This is a family run hotel, which probably explains the personal touch. The staff are efficient, friendly, and helpful (reception/restaurant/bar/cleaning) Overall standards are excellent. With its pool and sun area, but the beach is literally one minute walk away. Also a walk in to the Old Town (20 mins) is a must. Do yourself a favour and try the Lefkoniko.

“It was a perfect little hotel for us. Free wifi, free air conditioning. CLEAN. They cleaned every day and we got new towels. Even the bed was perfect. They were careful: my son's pillow was low, he put the cover under it folded. We came back in the afternoon, he already had 2 pillows! The hotel restaurant is good, we always found something to our liking. I can only recommend the hotel!“

“Three-star hotel with 80s-90s furnishings in good condition, very clean, with outdoor swimming pools and bars. Buffet breakfast and dinner, abundant self-service. Good variety of choices. Dinner with some very good Greek specialties, they change every night, mixed salads, tomatoes, fried potatoes, two desserts. Strategic location, many clubs on the seafront road. The historic center of Rethimno is about two kilometers away, half an hour's walk, full of romantic bars and restaurants, I recommend you go there in the evening.”
