Lefkoniko Beach is a superior 3 stars apart-hotel, located only 50 meters away from the long sandy beach of Rethymno and 1 km from the town center/ old town.

It features a spacious lounge with TV and Wi-Fi (free of charge) and one pool with waterfall (separate part for children).

The studios and standard rooms are air-conditioned (split units), equipped with a satellite TV, mini fridge, a furnished balcony with partial view to the sea or pool. All units also have a private bathroom with bathtub or shower and a hair-dryer.

Plenty of shops, restaurants, taverns and bars/ discos are nearby. On the beach there is also a water-sports opportunity.

I have been to the Lefkoniko many times over the years, and still I keep going back. There is a great atmosphere generated by the staff and the management. This is a family run hotel, which probably explains the personal touch. The staff are efficient, friendly, and helpful (reception/restaurant/bar/cleaning) Overall standards are excellent. With its pool and sun area, but the beach is literally one minute walk away. Also a walk in to the Old Town (20 mins) is a must. Do yourself a favour and try the Lefkoniko.

“It was a perfect little hotel for us. Free wifi, free air conditioning. CLEAN. They cleaned every day and we got new towels. Even the bed was perfect. They were careful: my son's pillow was low, he put the cover under it folded. We came back in the afternoon, he already had 2 pillows! The hotel restaurant is good, we always found something to our liking. I can only recommend the hotel!“

Dinner with some very good Greek specialties, they change every night, mixed salads, tomatoes, fried potatoes, two desserts. Strategic location, many clubs on the seafront road. The historic center of Rethimno is about two kilometers away, half an hour's walk, full of romantic bars and restaurants, I recommend you go there in the evening.”
